West Norwood

Norwood is a beautiful community with two parks, Brockwell and Norwood Park. Both are just outside the town centre and both offer a quiet place to relax. Norwood Park is a family’s delight with children’s playground, skateboard ramp and paddling pools.

Shopping in Norwood is found on Norwood road and is a unique compilation of local, intimate and quaint shops to browse through.

St. Luke’s Church was built in 1822 and is a beautiful sight in Norwood. A stunning, but unusual local sight is the West Norwood Cemetery. The cemetery is one of the Magnificent Seven Metropolitan cemeteries of the Victorian era with its extensive Gothic Revival architecture. Today it still qualifies as one of Europe’s most significant cemeteries.
