Reigate

Visit one of England’s oldest public libraries housed in the upper level of the St. Mary’s Church. Priory Park is home to the Priory Manor, founded in the early 13th century. Owned by Henry VIII in 1541 it is now a museum.
Reigate Castle is built on a mound surrounded by a moat and was erected in 1088. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens planted in 1873.

Enjoy one of the local pubs or restaurants for an evening out. Try the Angel Pub, a historic Woodhatch Pub, The Black Horse or the Beehive. The Jolly Farmers offer an extensive menu and delicatessen. Nutley Hall is tucked in on Nutley Lane and appears small, but is actually a nice pub and restaurant with a homey feel.
