Fulham

Fulham is located between Putney and Chelsea in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. Here you will find some deep history in the Fulham Palace which is now a museum and botanical gardens. This is considered to be a prime area of London and is very green and pretty. If you want to get a mortgage for this area you will need to earn a nice salary and be able to afford it, as it is quite pricey along the same lines as Kensington.

If you are looking to get a remortgage or a home loan of any kind here, you will have to make sure that you get one with flexible payment plans and good interest rates. You can also try to review your mortgage every few years to ensure that you are getting the best possible rates. This will only happen of course if you are up to date with your payments and make them on time each month. Fulham offers residents the Fulham Broadway Centre where there is a cinema, and the River Café is a popular place to come for a great meal. You can also enjoy entertainment at the 1888 Town Hall and see the historic All Saint’s Church which was used in the film The Omen.

There are a large number of pubs and football venues here as this is the home to both Fulham and Chelsea Clubs and their stadiums at Craven Cottage and Stamford Bridge. There are lots of famous people that have lived here as well.
