East Finchley is an area in the north of London that offers you great mortgages and remortgages as well as any loan option. There is a wonderful library here which is art deco in design and if you are interested in taking some course the Hampstead Garden Institute is located here. If you want to live here there a large number of options, and some of them will require you to have a large mortgage, like the mansions on The Bishop’s Avenue. You can also get the smaller apartments, the 19th century terraced houses, 1960’s council homes, and large tower apartment blocks like the 11 story Prospect Ring.
