Earls Court is an area in the inner city of London in the Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Here you will find a cosmopolitan vibe with lots of Asian restaurants, great music venues like the Troubadour and the Finborough Theatre.  It is in walking distance to the High Street of Kensington, the Royal Albert Hall, Imperial College of London, various important museums and lots more. It is one of the cheapest places to stay in London and will ensure your mortgage option is used appropriately and you can get a larger house in the area or one of the more luxurious apartments if you want to go for that instead.
